This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional leadership to ensure successful delivery of complex projects from inception through the full lifecycle of our units in the field.\nKey Responsibilities:\nScope Management: Own the entire project scope-from quoting and manufacturing to shipping, installation, commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle support.\nProject Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Drive execution to meet business objectives.\nStakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Provide clear updates, status reports, and risk assessments to ensure alignment.\n Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service) and external partners to achieve project milestones.\nBudget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track costs, and forecast spending to ensure financial targets are met.\nRisk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate challenges proactively.\nQuality Resolution: Partner with internal teams to resolve onsite quality issues promptly.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and implement best practices for project delivery.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)\nMinimum 5 years in project management with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making\nExpertise in Change Order Management\nProfessional communication and escalation skills\nProficiency in Salesforce and SAP\nProficiency in Smartsheet\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong verbal and written presentation skills\nAbility to manage diverse technical workloads in a fast-paced environment\nWillingness to work outside normal hours for emergencies or deadlines\nStrong understanding of electrical power generation systems (paralleling, load banks, switchgear, UPS, ATS)\nAbility to interpret technical specifications, wiring diagrams, schematics, and flowcharts\nFamiliarity with MEP systems in Data Centers and Critical Infrastructure environments\nTravel up to 40% (with flexibility for more if required)\nAbility to respond to onsite emergencies and critical deadlines\nWhy Join Us?\nYou’ll be part of a team that powers mission-critical infrastructure for some of the most demanding environments.
