This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards across NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audit management, customer issue resolution, and document control processes. Reporting to the Corporate Director, Quality Systems and Compliance, this individual plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nQMS Data Integration and Governance: Manage and optimize quality data from enterprise systems including NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audits, customer issues, document management, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and cloud-based systems to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.\n\nQuality Analytics and Decision Support: Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support business and quality objectives.\n\nPower BI Reporting and KPI Visualization: Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into key quality metrics, including corrective actions, supplier performance, audit results, customer issues, and overall QMS effectiveness.\n\nAutomation and Predictive Insights: Leverage BI tools, automation, and AI-driven analytics to streamline reporting, improve data accessibility, identify emerging risks, and support proactive decision-making.\n\nQMS Analytics Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for Corporate Quality and business leaders by supporting KPI development, data governance, dashboard interpretation, reporting standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nTravel: Ability to travel domestically up to 10% to support business, site, and Corporate Quality initiatives.\n\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n\nCertification / License\nMicrosoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate required.\n\nWork Experience\n7+ years of data analytics and Power BI experience.\n5+ years of business analysis experience supporting project-based initiatives.\nExperience developing reports and dashboards for manufacturing, quality, service, or operational metrics.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and performance reporting.\n\nExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\nAbility to communicate complex technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong business acumen, professionalism, and sound judgment.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nAbility to influence process improvements through data-driven insights.\n\nDemonstrated integrity, discretion, and accountability.\n\nProven ability to mentor, coach, and support team development.\n\nPreferred Job Requirements:\nEducation\nMaster’s degree preferred.\n\nWork Experience\nExperience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing quality data, supplier quality metrics, or enterprise reporting platforms preferred.\n\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nExperience with advanced data visualization, dashboard strategy, reporting automation, and analytics solutions that improve business visibility and
