with Sales and Production.\nReview production orders for accuracy and timing; coordinate corrections.\nManage production changes and pushouts for direct customers.\nLead SEQ management with Engineering, validating lead times and prioritizing hot orders.\nManage finished inventory at storage yards for direct accounts.\nOversee Accounts Receivable management for designated accounts.\nTroubleshoot intercompany billing variances.\nLead post-shipment management for dealer issues and damaged/missing parts.\nPrepare and lead customer meetings for service work and delivery.\nMaintain and report customer metrics to leadership upon request.\nLead quarterly process improvement projects.\nDevelop training materials and documentation.\nFlex to support cross-departmental needs.\nSupport contract management for annual service customers.\nMinimum Job Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nCertification / License\nWork Experience\n2 years of operations or project management experience.\nProficiency in Excel, ERP systems and cross-functional coordination.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nStrong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong facilitation and communication skills.\nPreferred Job Requirements\nEducation\nCertification / License\nWork Experience\nExperience
