In addition, this position requires supporting other parts personnel as needed.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCreating work orders, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians\nProcess completed work orders while monitoring GP goals\nFollowing up on quoted service repair jobs and recommended repairs\nSupport of other Service departmental roles on an as needed basis\nRequired to support the parts and sales department as needed for to provide excellent customer service\nOther Duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation:\nHS Diploma or Equivalent \nWork Experience:\n2 years of administrative experience in a service-related business\n2 years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nComputer literacy is required, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)\nGeneral knowledge of service parts and service industry including but not limited to basic mechanical and technical aptitude\nIncorporate time management skills by prioritizing work assignments\nProven interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers, including being a team player to create synergy within the office and company\nMust be able to handle high pressure situations\nMust have basic math skills for computing percentages, multipliers, sales tax, and totals on parts orders\nPreferred Job Requirements:\nEducation:\nAssociate Degree or equivalent\nWork Experience:\n4+ years of administrative experience in a service-related business\n4+ years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service\n Benefits: This position includes a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans;
