This position will be responsible for increasing aftermarket parts and service business within their assigned territory. They will promote the company service and parts departments to increase sales in PM agreements, equipment repairs rental equipment, fuel tank remediation and generally promote Energy Systems as the primary source for aftermarket parts and service of power generation equipment.\nMinimum Qualifications: \nEducation\nFour-year college degree or equivalent industrial sales experience is required.\n\nWork Experience:\n3 year cold call via phone and in person\n5 year customer facing sales role that includes negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nWell-developed sales and presentation skills\nComputer literacy is required, including a working knowledge of applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\nStrong knowledge of Power Generation equipment\nBasic mechanical and technical aptitude including geometric and other mathematical formulas\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nProven interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers\nBasic marketing knowledge\nMust be able to handle high pressure situations and adapt well to changes in the market\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEducation:\n5+ years college degree or equivalent industrial sales experience is required.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nKnowledge in remote monitoring solutions and connectivity or similar\nKnowledge of load banking, NFPA 110 requirements, and fuel polishing\nUtilization of a CRM tool, pulling reports, and analyzing data\nLEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE: This position acts under the direction of the branch manager.\nCompensation: Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Base salary for this role will be between the range of $70,000 to $90,000 and the role offers uncapped commissions. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
