This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.\nMajor Responsibilities\nFull-Cycle Recruitment Process:\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from job posting to Ready for Hire \nPartner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job posting \nAssist in the interview process, helping to maintain a uniform and streamlined candidate and stakeholder experience \nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies \nCandidate Sourcing and Screening:\nUtilize multiple sourcing methods, including CRM, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates \nScreenings technical, cultural fit, potential \nCandidate Experience:\nEnsure candidate journey exceeds stakeholder expectations \nStakeholder Collaboration:\nPartnering with Hiring Manager on market trends \nWork closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on recruitment process and strategies \nProvide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status \nEmployer Branding:\nPartner with employer branding team to promote the company as an employer of choice through LinkedIn/other social platforms \nParticipate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities \n Data Management and Reporting: \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) \nRun reports on recruitment activities and metrics \nMinimum Job Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent Experience \nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\n3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or related fields \nExperience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives. \nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software \nKnowledge of employment laws and regulations. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders. \nExcellent relationship-building skills. \nAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. \nHigh level of accuracy in managing candidate information and recruitment documentation. \nThorough approach to screening and evaluating candidates. \nAbility to identify and resolve recruitment challenges. \nProactive and resourceful approach to finding solutions. \nFlexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities. \nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. \nGenerac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is based in Belvidere, IL is $67,000 - $101,000 USD. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
