You’ll partner with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, improve processes and support enhancements from configuration through testing and deployment.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as a Workday SME for Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and related HCM functionality.\nConfigure and enhance Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, security and reporting.\nPartner with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.\nTroubleshoot Workday issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify and automate payroll, timekeeping and HR processes.\nBuild and maintain EIBs for mass data updates.\nDevelop and enhance Workday reports to support business and operational needs.\nSupport Workday security roles and appropriate system access.\nLead testing efforts, including unit, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.\nSupport Workday biannual releases, including impact assessment, regression testing and feature adoption.\nParticipate in HR technology projects, system implementations and ongoing enhancements.\nCreate process documentation and end-user training materials.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.\n3+ years of Workday configuration experience preferred.\nExperience with Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking module strongly preferred.\nWorking knowledge of Core HCM and HR processes.\nExperience with Workday business processes, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs and security.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nCollaborative approach and ability to partner effectively across Payroll, HR, Finance and IT.\nLocation & Work Authorization\nThis role is full-time onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
