Leadership\nLead airframe/structures subsystem projects for advanced unmanned aircraft.\nCoordinate across functional teams (Structural Design, Loads Development, Structural Analysis, Materials and Processes, Manufacturing, and Tooling).\nDevelop requirements, internal statements of work, and project estimates for airframe structures.\nSupplier and Manufacturing Coordination\nManage technical support for airframe structure suppliers, including statements of work and technical data packages.\nDrive design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) considerations.\nOversee the transition of designs to manufacturing, ensuring smooth integration.\nTeam and Project Management\nBuild and lead cross-disciplinary teams to execute project goals.\nDevelop tactical execution plans aligned with program schedules and budgets.\nManage project scope, risks, opportunities, and technical challenges.\nCommunication and Documentation\nEngage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve
