This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to drive AI adoption and innovation.\nThis opportunity will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to transform how engineers work across the organization, eliminating tedious manual tasks, accelerating workflows, and empowering teams to focus on innovation rather than administration. Your projects will have immediate, measurable impact: reducing document review times from days to minutes, automating compliance checks, and creating intelligent assistants that make engineering knowledge instantly accessible. This role will use cutting-edge AI to solve real problems and see your solutions deployed across a world-class engineering organization.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nServe as an AI Project Engineer for Engineering Services, providing expertise and leadership on AI-related projects and process improvements across all Functional Engineering teams.\nCollaborate with ITS and business teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases and solutions.\nParticipate in the ASI Engineering AI Tech Council, contributing to discussions and strategies related to:Genie Chatbot use cases, metrics, feedback, process development, and prioritization matrix.\nAI Technical and Program Roadmaps\n\nChampion AI-related initiatives that aim to improve time-to-market and production efficiency while enabling employees to focus on higher-value, strategic tasks. Key efforts include:Rollout of AI Intelligent Search for ASI documents, enabling Genie OnBase advanced search capabilities\nDevelopment of AI capabilities for automating drawing release and workflows.\nAI-driven software development, proposal management automation\nAI-assisted reviewing and compliance checking for engineering deliverables.\nImplementation of AI-enabled workflows for document management and digital thread integration.\n\nRefine the Engineering AI Roadmap and support ongoing prioritization efforts.\nCollaborate with external vendors and partners (e.g., Accenture,
