You’ll work closely with product managers, design leads, tech leads, and other stakeholders to ensure your teams ship high-quality, reliable software that supports real-world decision-making under pressure.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTeam Leadership: Manage a team of 3-5 software engineers, focusing on performance, growth, team cohesion, and delivery. \nExecution and Delivery: Drive team accountability for timely, high-quality delivery.
