Represents the organization as the primary contractual contact on assigned contracts.\nDUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:\nReviews bids and proposals to ensure they meet company policy and customer solicitation requirements.\nIdentifies contract issues and aids leadership in developing solutions.\nParticipates in and may lead negotiating and modifying standard contracts and assists in negotiating and modifying non-standard contracts/subcontracts.\nReviews, drafts as necessary, and negotiates terms and conditions for assigned proposals and contracts.\nAdvises management and program teams of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.\nMaintains an awareness of regulatory changes and their impact on contracts/subcontracts\nMaintains, analyzes, updates, and develops various electronic files per company policy for retention and audit support purposes.\nMakes internal presentations and acts as a contact with customers and outside organizations.\nWorks collaboratively with Contracts Team in a professional and respectful manner.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nExpected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.\nAdditional Functions, Other duties as
