The Electronics Assembler must follow safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement of production processes.\nJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssemble electronic components, circuit boards, cables, and subassemblies using hand tools, soldering equipment, and fixtures.\nPerform setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to specifications.\nRead and follow assembly drawings, schematics, bills of material (BOM), and written work instructions.\nCarry out tasks related to the assembly of electronic equipment, including cables, harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards, or mechanical assembly of panels, LRUs (Line Replaceable Units), batteries, and servo motors.\nPerform rework and repair on electronic assemblies following approved procedures.\nSafely operate soldering irons, crimp tools, torque drivers, microscopes, and other assembly tools.\nSupport continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and participating in problem-solving activities.\nAdditional FunctionsAssist in training lower-level assemblers as needed.\nPerform housekeeping and cleanup duties upon completion of
