May provide direction to design staff or technicians.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nApplies basic technical knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve assigned routine engineering problems.\nPerforms functional testing of equipment and systems by utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles.\nObtains and analyzes test data.\nDevelops appropriate documentation of findings and implemented solutions, and communicates results to project engineering staff.
