This position is responsible for developing project plans, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with internal stakeholders and corporate partners, monitoring project progress and risks, and providing regular status updates. The successful candidate will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and manage operational plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables for construction, renovation, capital, and facility improvement projects.\nTranslate customer and organizational requirements into actionable project plans and coordinate projects from initiation through completion.\nServe as a liaison between program and project teams, internal stakeholders, and corporate partners, including Facilities, Telecom, EH&S, and Security.\nFacilitate meetings and document and track decisions, action items, issues, risks, dependencies, and commitments through resolution.\nMonitor project performance and provide regular status reports covering progress, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and recommended corrective actions.\nIdentify operational issues and coordinate solutions with program managers, project teams, stakeholders, and administrative service departments.\nCoordinate operating procedures and integrated processes that support organizational and business objectives.\nConduct reviews of project costs, service structures, productivity, delivery methods, and performance to achieve planned targets.\nCoordinate small expense projects, including audio-visual upgrades, signage, space plan changes, and similar facility improvements.\nSupport occupancy reporting, space planning, and limited event-planning activities.\nParticipate in the recruitment, retention, and development of personnel as needed to support business objectives.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.\nResponsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nResponsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in
