This role ensures that Facilities personnel meet required training and safety standards, manages new employee onboarding activities for the Facilities organization, maintains accurate training records, and serves as a key liaison between Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), and the Learn Center. The Training Coordinator also manages the Facilities training budget and supports onsite delivery of training events.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTraining Administration & Compliance\nComplete training proficiency verifications for Facilities employees.\nSubmit training verification paperwork to Learn Center for training credit.\nCreate and distribute the monthly Facilities training schedule.\nComplete New Hire Checklist for Facilities personnel and request additions to new hire transcripts.\nPartner with the Learn Center to update employee training transcripts as needed.\nPartner with the Learn Center to troubleshoot and address system issues related to training assignments, completions, and reporting.\n Facilities New Employee OnboardingSubmit onboarding request forms for new Facilities employees.\nRequest required devices such as laptops, cell phones, and iPads in coordination with IT and Facilities leadership.\nRequest system access and permissions needed for Facilities roles.\nRequest personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by role and work location.\nRequest and/or coordinate installation of required computer software.\nAdd new employees to relevant email distribution lists and SharePoint groups.\nAdd new hires to Facilities New Hire Orientation (NHO) attendance.\nRequest new hire memos and TV announcements in line with Facilities and site communication practices.\nReporting & MetricsDistribute training-related reports, including:Training Dashboard.\nMonthly Safety Training KPI report.\nPast due training report.\nLook-ahead training reports.\nAd-hoc training reports as requested by management.\n\n Training Delivery & CoordinationFacilitate instructor-led training sessions for Facilities personnel (e.g., safety, technical, and compliance training).\nCoordinate training logistics, including scheduling, room reservations, and communication to participants.\nProvide onsite support during training sessions, including:Reserving conference rooms.\nRequesting visitor badges.\nGathering and organizing training supplies and materials.\nSupporting instructors and vendors during training events.\n\nStakeholder Partnerships & Liaison DutiesFacilitate a monthly partnership meeting with EH&S to review training needs, safety requirements, and upcoming initiatives.\nServe as primary liaison to EH&S for Facilities training-related topics.\nServe as primary liaison to the Learn Center regarding training content, assignments, system functionality, and reporting.\nParticipate as member of Facilities Safety Committee.\nTraining Budget & Vendor ManagementManage the Facilities training budget in coordination with Facilities leadership.\nSolicit and process training requests from Facilities supervisors and managers.\nMaintain and update the Training Budget matrix to track planned and actual training spend.\nSolicit training quotes from external vendors and compare options as needed.\nCommunicate and coordinate training sessions with vendors, including scheduling and logistics.\nSubmit check requests and process payments for training classes using the company card, in accordance with GA policies.\n Safety Equipment InspectionsComplete ladder inspections in accordance with safety standards and established inspection schedules.\nComplete harness inspections in accordance with safety standards and established inspection schedules.\nDocument inspection results and follow up on any deficiencies or corrective actions.\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and
