Under general supervision with limited review, this position will report to the Field Bulletin Supervisor of the Engineering Field Support Department. The Field Bulletin Engineer will be responsible for the research, coordination, development, and release of assigned field bulletins in support of GA-ASI objectives to improve product safety and reliability.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWrite detailed bulletins that translate complex engineering investigations into concise, customer-ready documentation, including summaries of events and engineering recommendations.\nWork with internal and external customer stakeholders to determine scope, urgency, actions, impacts of field bulletins.\nWork and balance multiple bulletin assignments\nTroubleshoot, analyze, and determine rework direction by utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles.\nRepresent the organization in providing solutions to technical issues associated with specific anomalies to GA-ASI.\nRead and understand engineering drawings, bill of materials, specifications, technical documents, and technical publications.\nResearch all applicable GA and customer databases related to bulletin development and closure (Sharepoint, Mendix, Team Center, REMIS, SAP, COLTS).\nReview bulletins prior to stakeholder review and signature approval.\nObtain stakeholder concurrence and approval for bulletin release and closures.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nExpected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating
