This position supports platforms such as SailPoint, Active Directory, Okta, PowerShell-based automation, and other internal identity-management tools.\nThe administrator is responsible for account provisioning, modification, suspension, and termination; access reviews; identity lifecycle management; troubleshooting; documentation; and compliance with security policies and system requirements.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCreate, modify, disable, and delete user accounts based on approved requests and established procedures.\nProcess account-management activities through approved ticketing systems and workflow tools.\nValidate account requests and confirm that all required approvals are documented before making changes.\nAssign and update user roles, group memberships, permissions, and access levels in accordance with business requirements and least-privilege principles.\nSupport onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities in coordination with Human Resources, Security, Information Technology, system owners, and management.\nSupport password resets, account unlocks, multifactor authentication enrollment, and other access-related services.\nMonitor and support user identity lifecycle events across identity and access management platforms.\nMaintain accurate account inventories, access records, audit trails, and supporting documentation.\nConduct periodic access reviews and assist with identifying inactive, duplicate, excessive, or unauthorized accounts.\nMonitor account activity and escalate suspicious or potentially unauthorized access in accordance with established procedures.\nTroubleshoot account and authentication issues and coordinate with system owners, service desk personnel, and other support teams as needed.\nUse PowerShell and other approved tools to automate account-management activities and process bulk requests or jobs.\nSupport audits, assessments, investigations, and compliance reporting.\nDevelop, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and account-management documentation.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and security and consult with direct manager first before implementing.\nProtect sensitive, personally identifiable, proprietary, and company information.\nManage assigned work and, when applicable, coordinate or take/assign more work from the main ticketing system dedicated to Account Admin team.\nPerform other duties as assigned by
