Assists in maintaining inputs to inventory systems. Reviews requirements and inventory levels and may assist in generating purchase requisitions as required. Processes transfer of stock, tracks shortages, and expedites as required. Assists with management of Company’s facility specific service vendors. Leads team members in both the Facility and Picking and Packing roles.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReviews material requirements based on MRP, Kanban, and reorder point inventory reports.\nAssists in identifying common inventory to be transferred to projects.\nAssists in generating purchase requisitions to meet project(s) and production requirements.\nReviews purchased parts and bulk items utilizing shortage reports and sales orders.\nSets up min/max/reorder quantities for applicable parts.\nCompiles various routine inventory reports using appropriate computer system(s) or hard copy documents.\nAssists in the analysis and resolution of obsolete and excess inventory.\nReviews unplanned issues from inventory.\nMay assist in determining stock level replenishment requirements for Kanban locations on the production floor or stockroom.\nResponsible for management of Company warehouse, including organization and cleanliness.\nResearches various vendors in an effort to reduce costs for materials and supplies.\nProvides directions to staff with all facilities related functions including building repair ticket submission and facility related deliveries.\nInteracts with all facility vendors including deionized water suppliers, cold room service and supply vendors, air compressor and vacuum service vendors and any other building-related service vendor. \nDirects daily assignments of Picking and Packing stock control clerks in the preparation of daily product shipments.\nAbility to operate forklift.\nMay respond to routine verbal and written requests for information from internal sources.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nExpected to work in a
