May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:\nResolves manufacturing issues efficiently. Processes and expedites nonconformance reports and engineering change requests. Assists in maintaining ISO 9001 certification.\nDevelops and maintains illustrated work instructions.\nDevelops and maintains all WDS work instructions within the Work Order Routing List.\nInterprets engineering drawings and/or changes and determines effect to existing processes and parts.\nIssues Tool Orders to make, alter or scrap tools as required.\nCoordinates with manufacturing engineering to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective action.
