This position is in San Diego (Poway), CA and offers a 9/80 flex hybrid work schedule.\nUnder general supervision, within an assigned division, this position is responsible for providing budgeting, cost and hours analyses, and reporting on assigned contracts and projects. Prepares budgets, forecasts, and related reports to monitor overall financial performance and for use in annual strategic planning and budget presentations. Follows established policies, procedures, and standard practices to ensure that financial planning and cost control activities are successfully implemented and maintained.\nResponds to moderately complex inquiries from employees, managers, and external parties regarding a variety of financial data, some of which contain confidential and sensitive information. Creates internal presentations and may act as a contact with outside organizations.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupports program managers in planning and budgeting work, tracking incurred spending, anticipated future spending, and expected profit margins\nDevelops performance baselines\nSupports program managers in the development of Estimates at Complete (EACs) for a variety of contract types and company funded programs\nPrepares customer cost and schedule reports\nAssists in establishing forecasted revenue, cost of sales, gross margin\nSupports program risk & opportunity management\nAssists Program Manager with updates and maintenance of project work breakdown structure\nPrepares contract funding status reports\nPerforms cash flow analysis\nAssists with unbilled accounts receivable analysis\nWorks cross-functionally with Program Management, Contracts and Accounting to support successful program execution and issue resolution\nMaintains the strict
