Implements reporting procedures to review project status, valuation of work in progress, as well as tracking procedures for contract deliverables. Assists in new business proposals by developing schedules and reviewing manpower and cost estimates.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepares schedules and budgets, and performs monitoring, analysis and reporting on assigned contracts.\nMonitors and assures budget availability, proper approval authorization and charge accounts. Tracks the status of procurements for the purposes of cost reporting.\nDevelops and maintains master program schedules for assigned contracts.\nInterfaces with operating and support groups (Purchasing, Finance, QA) to collect data for preparation of schedules and reports.\nProvides task leaders and program managers with clear, timely and accurate information and make recommendations with which to make decisions.\nAssists in the development of reporting procedures to evaluate project status, valuation of work in progress, and tracking of contract deliverables.\nMay contribute in the preparation of cost/schedule, variance and earned value reports/analysis.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is
