You will be accountable for the program’s cost, schedule, scope, and risk utilizing earned value management techniques.\nThis role requires strong technical judgement, executive communication skills, and the ability to create structure and clarity in a fast-paced environment and influence without direct authority. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, highly collaborative, and has past experience managing complex defense programs.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage all phases of the program(s) from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are attained.\nDevelop and coordinate program plans or delivery methods which usually serve a single customer.\nParticipate with technical staff and executive management to develop and implement current, annual, and long-term technical, schedule, quality, business, and financial objectives for the program(s). May also contribute to the development of Group objectives.\nInteract with internal and external representatives at various levels concerning resolution of technical, financial, and scheduling issues. Act as secondary contact for program issues.\nIdentify program issues and provide leadership in developing solutions such as re-allocation of resources or modifying contract specification.\nMay contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expansion of existing business opportunities.
