If you have a knack for crafting compelling content, building winning proposals, and shaping strategic pursuits-especially in the realm of advanced software systems-this role is for you.\nAs a key member of our Business Development team, you'll help define and drive GA-Intelligence’s growth strategy, identifying and capturing new business with key customers across the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Foreign Governments, and Commercial sectors.\nWhat you’ll bring to the table:\nStellar writing and communication skills that inform, persuade, and inspire.\nA strong ability to understand complex customer missions and translate them into opportunities that align with GA-Intelligence’s strengths.\nProven skill in developing compliant, compelling content that stands out in a competitive landscape.\nHands-on experience responding to U.S. Government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, IDIQs, SBIRs, OTAs).\nWhat sets you apart:A deep understanding of modern software architectures, data integration frameworks, and secure development practices-making you an even more powerful storyteller and strategist.\nYou’ll work side by side with engineers, capture teams, and proposal managers to shape messaging that resonates across technical and non-technical audiences-bringing clarity to complexity and helping us win work that matters.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead and execute business development strategies from opportunity identification to capture, partnering with internal teams on win themes and client engagement.\nDevelop tailored content including proposals, white papers, strategic plans, and executive-level briefings that align with client missions and organizational goals.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support operational program design, execution, and reporting aligned to business capture efforts.\nStakeholder Collaboration - Work with engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical solutions into mission-relevant, easy-to-understand narratives.\nDomain Expertise: Develop domain expertise for our customers through internal discussions, reading of solicitations, and external research.\nCompliance & Proposal Structuring - Ensure all proposal content aligns with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFARS) and follows Sections L & M of solicitations.\nDevelop content that showcases GA-Intelligence’s technical superiority, successful past performance, and mission impact.\nProposal Process Support -
