In this role, you will support the development of novel sensing capabilities leveraging a wide range of technologies; RF, AI/ML, EO/IR, DSP, EW, etc. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Manager of the RF & Signal Processing team.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInitiate and develop highly innovative solutions to advanced technical problems\nPerform assessments of candidate state-of-the-art signal processing algorithms in radar, communications and electronic warfare\nDevelop sensing capabilities leveraging a wide range of technologies; RF, AI/ML, EO/IR, DSP, EW, etc.\nDevelop and assess novel communications solutions, including waveforms, networking, and electronics\nModeling link-budgets to help define system requirements and performance\nImplement Space-time adaptive processing (STAP) techniques\nPerform analysis of candidate designs to determine the impact to subsystem and system performance\nProvide expert guidance and consulting to other staff members\nAssist in the concept generation for, and authorship of, white papers and proposals\nSupport supplier and subcontractor evaluations\nProvide technical management of subcontracts when
