In this role you will lead the System Verification team, ensuring the successful manufacture and verification of GA-EMS developed space systems with their associated ground and launch systems.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupervise the system verification department, overseeing day-to-day activities, planning, and the development and execution of system verification artifacts.Supervise system verification development across programs to ensure system and segment level verification & validation plans meet program statement of work, CDRLs, and requirements.\nSupport defining verification architecture, verification tools and support equipment required for conduct of system-level verification.\nSupport development of system and segment verification scenarios to ensure system design is fully verified. \nSupport customer engagements and related engineering mission architecture and analysis products to shape the verification effort at the mission level and provide guidance at lower levels of abstraction.\nActively contribute to program execution by stepping in as a team lead or individual contributor, as needed, to address challenges and ensure operational success.\nDrive continuous improvement in system verification processes and capabilities to enhance efficiency and reusability.\n\nCoordinate and manage system verification resources to ensure the department is staffed with personnel possessing the appropriate skill mix to achieve program staffing needs and meet cost and schedule requirements.\nProvide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and direction to system verification staff.\nSupport the preparation, review, and approval of cost and resource estimates for proposals and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) related to system verification activities.\nConduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans for direct reports to foster professional growth and alignment with organizational
