Join GDIT as a Training Specialist Principal for a career where your growth is just as important as the mission you support.\nMEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT\nA U.S. Navy AEGIS OfficerInstructor - SPY is responsible for providing advanced technical, tactical, and operational instruction to Navy officers in the employment and integration of SPY radar capabilities within the AEGIS Weapon System. The instructor prepares officers to understand radar system capabilities, interpret sensor information, develop and maintain situational awareness, coordinate combat-system functions, and make timely tactical decisions in complex operational environments.\nThe position combines extensive AEGIS operational experience with advanced instructional and mentorship responsibilities. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
