You will elicit and translate requirements, drive product delivery through structured increments, and own the outreach and adoption work that ensures the tools this team builds actually reach the people they are built for. You will operate at the seam between mission stakeholders and cross-functional delivery pods, keeping scope, priorities, and communication aligned as the program transitions from a staff-augmentation model to a deliverable-based, automation-first model.\nJOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)\nElicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from mission stakeholders; translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.\nOwn outreach, adoption, and rollout communications for delivered capabilities - publishing announcements, maintaining capability/landing pages, and coordinating demos and training so capabilities reach the enterprise.\nMap current-state (as-is) processes and design re-engineered future-state (to-be) workflows aligned to platform best practices, rather than lifting legacy processes as-is onto new platforms.\nManage product delivery in ServiceNow SPM / Agile boards - grooming backlogs, tracking increments against the end-state, and running MVP/increment reviews as course-correction gates rather than checkboxes.\nCoordinate across cross-functional execution teams to keep scope, dependencies, and stakeholders synchronized.\nDevelop and maintain delivery artifacts: requirements traceability, process documentation, SOPs, user guides, release notes, and stakeholder briefings.\nSupport the transition to deliverable-based execution by defining acceptance criteria and validating deliverables against them.\nFacilitate stakeholder working groups, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through.\nOperate within IL5/IL6 and comply with DoD security, data handling, and stewardship standards.\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nProven business analysis skills: requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories/acceptance criteria, and backlog management.\nStrong written and verbal communication; able to produce polished stakeholder-facing communications, briefings, and documentation.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum delivery and supporting tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile/SPM).\nFamiliarity with ITSM/ITIL concepts and platform-driven delivery (ServiceNow a strong plus).\nDemonstrated ability to translate mission/user needs into structured product requirements.\nExperience working in secure or DoD environments.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nClearance: Active Secret required; must be TS/SCI eligible.\nExperience: 3+ years of business analysis and/or product delivery experience.\n Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n Certifications: DoD 8140 baseline certification (e.g., Security+) preferred.\nRole Requirements: Onsite at HQ Tampa; work performed in secure environments.\nDue to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.\nDESIRED SKILLS\nServiceNow SPM/ITSM configuration or administration exposure.\nExperience communicating and rolling out enterprise applications or AI/automation capabilities to a broad user base.\nBusiness analysis or delivery certifications (CBAP/CCBA, PMP/CAPM, CSM/PSM, ITIL Foundation).\nData literacy and dashboarding (Power BI or similar).\nExperience supporting deliverable-based or outcome-based contracts.\nFamiliarity with USCENTCOM/J6 mission systems and requirements.\nGDIT IS YOUR PLACE\nAt GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do.\n· Growth: AI-powered career tool that identifies career steps and learning opportunities\n· Support: An internal mobility team focused on helping you achieve your career goals\n· Rewards: Comprehensive benefits and wellness packages, 401K with company match, competitive pay and paid time off\n· Community: Award-winning culture of innovation and a military-friendly workplace\nThe likely salary range for this position is $85,093 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
