The successful candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, creating data visualizations and engineering enterprise solutions, Candidate will deploy custom dynamic visualizations (such as organizational charts) in Power BI to serve customer needs and collaborating closely with the engineering team to support the broader Power Platform ecosystem, serving as a versatile resource to help coordinate platform capabilities, facilitate technical alignments, and support enterprise-wide initiatives.\nMEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT\nGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.\nConduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.\nDevelop detailed business process models, workflows, and diagrams to visualize current and future state processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\nAssist in the design, development, and implementation of new systems, processes, and tools.\nCreate and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, user stories, and test cases.\nFacilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and communicate project status.\nProvide ongoing support and training to end-users on implemented solutions.\nReview and analyze system specifications to understand testing requirements.\nDevelop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project documentation.\nExecute test cases and report defects, ensuring thorough coverage of software functionality.\nCollaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.\nConduct functional, regression, and performance testing as necessary.\nParticipate in meetings and discussions to provide input on project status and quality concerns.\nDocument testing processes, results, and findings for future reference.\nConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.\nAssist in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.\nParticipate in quality assurance activities such as user acceptance testing and system validation.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nEducation: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nExperience: 8+ years of experience in Power BI & Power Platform\nTechnical skills:\nProficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI development\nProficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).\nProficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.\nDemonstrated ability to manage the technical systems engineering life cycle(s) including requirements analysis, configuration, design, development, testing and deployment of systems.\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot high-level technical and non-technical issues. Experience in evaluating, testing, deploying and maintaining both custom developed and third-party software upgrades.\nDemonstrated ability in creating and maintaining system architecture and troubleshooting documentation.\nDemonstrated ability to prepare plans and assessments, such as management engineering plans, integrated support plans, and implementation plans. Develops integrated system requirements and proposed design solutions.\nResearches and documents analysis in technical reports and presents findings and recommendations to meet program requirements. Anticipates and addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Troubleshoots and resolves performance problems. Other responsibilities include (but not limited to):Develop deployment support documentation\nWork with the management to develop deployment specifications and configurations\nAnalyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner\nAct as customer contact for deployment-related inquiries and issues\nInstall and test hardware as required\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).\n\nRole requirements:\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nPrevious experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.\nCertification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.\nISTQB or similar certification.\nUnderstanding of web technologies and architectures.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies\nLocation: Fully (100%) Remote.
