The PM ensures cohesive, well-coordinated execution of all contract requirements, maintaining compliance, ensuring continuity of operations, and driving high-quality cyber defense outcomes that preserve the integrity of mission critical systems.\nHOW CYBERSECURITY PROGRAM MANAGERWILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nProgram Management & OversightLead end-to-end management of all contract requirements, ensuring timely, high-quality execution across all CSSP and Cyberspace Operations Support functions\nImplement Continuous Process Improvements to increase mission efficiency and reduce operational risk\nOversee development and delivery of all CDRLs, including Transition Plans, IMCP, and Government Property reports\n\n Mission-critical Coordination & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the day-to-day focal point for coordination with customer leadership, the Contracting Officer (PCO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and the Government Watch Officer (WO) team\nFacilitate cross-team synchronization between Cybersecurity Service Provider operations and Cyberspace Operations Support teams\nOversee team alignment with Higher Headquarters (HHQ) requirements (JFHQ-DoWIN, DISA, USCYBERCOM, DC3, etc.)\n\nTeam Leadership & Workforce ReadinessManage all contractor personnel, teammates, and subcontractors under non-personal services requirements\nEnsure all team members maintain required certifications and mandatory training\n\n Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure service delivery aligns with contract performance standards and support Government Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) assessments\nOversee RMF compliance activities, documentation reviews, SOP/TTP development, cybersecurity reporting, and continuous monitoring requirements\n\nChallenge ResolutionLead cross-functional issue resolution, engaging SMEs across cybersecurity disciplines\nFacilitate decision making for incidents, escalations, mission essential support requirements, and surge/on-call activities\nProactively identify risks, operational bottlenecks, and resource gaps across distributed teams and geographically dispersed sites\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\n\nRequired Experience:8+ years of experience managing DoD, federal cybersecurity, or IT programs valued at $30M per year or greater\n5+ years managing multidisciplinary technical teams\nExperience leading programs with classified systems, RMF activities, or cyber operations\n\nRequired CertificationsPMP - Project Management Professional required\nCISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional strongly preferred\nCISM - Certified Information Security Manager strongly preferred\n\n Required Technical Skills:Program/Project Management expertise within DoD environments.\nUnderstanding of Defensive Cyberspace Operations and cybersecurity monitoring operations\nFamiliarity with cyber defense tools (ACAS, SIEM, EDR systems)\nExperience with RMF (categorization through continuous monitoring)\nAbility to manage CDRLs and contract documentation requirements\nExperience supporting cyber-specific SOP/TTP development\n\nSecurity Clearance Level:Minimum Secret; TS/SCI eligibility preferred\n\nRequired Skills and Abilities:Exceptional communication across technical and executive audiences\nStrong problem-solving, prioritization, and risk-management skills\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving operational environments\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to manage sensitive information and enforce NDA/compliance requirements\n\nPreferred Skills:PMP, PgMP, or similar certification\nPrior experience managing CSSP or DCO programs\nExperience supporting elastic analytics environments or threat hunt operations\nFamiliarity with JFHQ-DoWIN taskers, CTOs, FRAGOs, OPORDs.\nExperience managing geographically dispersed teams\n\n Location:Full-time, on-site Huntsville, AL (telework limited)\n\nThe likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278.
