The Data Visualization Developer Utilizing Qlik Sense expertise to support the BLADE hosted on the DoW ADVANA Data Fabric, focusing on operational level (MAJCOM staff) and tactical-level (Wing and below) requirements gathering and development.\nJob Description: The A4R Blade Builder Developer works closely with business analysts, product owners, and key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement custom dashboards, visualizations, and reports within Qlik Sense. Responsibilities include:\nCore Dashboard & Analytics Development\nDesigning, developing, and deploying custom dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting products in Qlik Sense to meet complex organizational requirements.\nCreating custom reporting solutions tailored for both operational and tactical audiences.\nEmploying expert-level SQL to build and modify complex queries for multi-source datasets.\nMaven Smart Systems (MSS) Integration & Support\nSupporting continued data engagement requirements related to Mavin Smart System integration within core COP/CIP environments.\nIntegrating MSS data schemas and maintaining alignment with MSS COP, AIDP, and enterprise system architectures.\nAssisting in modernization of MSS-related workflows such as unified aircraft object schemas developed in the Maven environment.\nEnhancing MSS posture dashboards by combining automated BLADE data feeds with mission-specific manual input options.\nDelivering interface and usability upgrades across MSS-related portals to improve availability, readability, and operational execution.\nEnterprise Data Environment Interoperability\nLeveraging established BLADE standards, policies, and processes across NIPR, SIPR, and ADVANA environments to ensure interoperability.\nSupporting MSS, NATO C2, COP/CIP, and multi-domain data integrations as emerging priorities evolve.\nAgile Collaboration\nParticipating in Kanban/SCRUM sprints, performing sprint summaries, and attending weekly standups and retrospectives.\nTranslating requirements into functional specifications, prototypes, and high-impact analytic products.\nTraining, Mentoring, & Governance\nCollaborating with the BLADE team for continuous improvement, receiving and providing mentoring across SQL, Qlik development, and MSS-related data practices.\nSubmitting accurate BLADE requirements to the Basing and Logistics Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Steering Team (BLAAST).\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nMinimum/General Experience: This position requires a minimum of five years of increasingly complex and progressive experience in performing systems analysis, development, and implementation for business sources. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
