Security Clearance Module support activities to include:\nProvide customer and help desk support to NRO-sponsored users of Scattered Castles.\nCreate and maintain user accounts and access privileges.\nProvide Security Clearance Module training to users.\nMaintain production data integrity through database inserts, updates, delete, and query privileges.\nPerform comprehensive testing, including beta, factory acceptance, site acceptance, and user acceptance of the Security Clearance Module upgrade software.\nPerform daily transfers of Security Clearance Module data into the IC Scattered Castles database.\nCreate custom reports for PSD Security Clearance Module users.
