You will:\nIT Equipment and Workstation Support\nInstall, relocate, troubleshoot, and prepare IT equipment and workstation peripherals for reuse, recycling, or disposal.\nSupport technology refreshes, resolve workstation power issues, and coordinate IT service requests with CIO teams.\nNetwork and Telecommunications Support\nInstall, relocate, and support network infrastructure, including fiber-optic and Category 5 cabling.\nManage telephone services, troubleshoot telecommunications issues, and coordinate escalations as needed.\nLogistics and Equipment Disposition\nCoordinate transportation of equipment, furniture, and materials between facilities, including forklift operations when authorized.\nSupport equipment recycling, disposition, recordkeeping, and compliance with safety and property-management procedures.\nFurniture and Facility Support\nMove, install, repair, and store office furniture; support workspace reconfigurations and facility moves.\nMaintain facility layouts, campus maps, and coordinate specialized moves, including safes and related infrastructure.\nAdministrative and Documentation Support\nMaintain user accounts, access permissions, and facility/equipment records.\nDocument completed work and coordinate with facilities, logistics, IT, security, and other stakeholders to support service delivery.\nReviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.\nAssess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. \nAttend customer meetings and may serve as client liaison.\nInteracts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.\nCoordinate development of deliverables and products.\nEnsure quality assurance of project deliverables.\nMaintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.\nParticipate in special projects as required.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nBring your IT and Project Management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location.
