rapid-update environments.\nSection 508 experience remediating and validating documents and web content (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) and applying accessible design principles.\nExperience documenting system functionality and transforming validated system behavior into user-centered instructional materials.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including styles, structured templates, tracked changes, and accessibility tools.\nExperience capturing, annotating, and validating screenshots to support instructional demonstrations and step-based workflows using screen-capture and editing tools such as SnagIt.\nProven ability to manage multi-stakeholder review cycles, track dispositions, and maintain traceability across iterative updates.\nCandidate must be able to obtain a T4 Public Trust clearance.\nCandidate must have lived in the U.S. at least 3 out of the last 5 years.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience working with collaboration with Product, UX/HCD, and technical teams in release-driven environments.\nAbility to interpret wireframes, prototypes, staging environment behavior, or acceptance criteria and incorporate them into training content with accuracy.\nSkill in designing video demonstrations, narrated walkthroughs, interactive guidance, or microlearning elements that enhance understanding.\nStrong understanding of adult-learning principles, scenario-based learning methods, and usability-focused instructional design.\nAbility to develop style guides, training templates,
