In this role, you will serve as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise IT service management and related platforms in a secure environment. You will configure, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems to support operational requirements.\nThis is not a traditional full-time software development role. The position requires coding and scripting ability, but day-to-day responsibilities center on platform administration, systems integration, workflow automation, platform configuration and extension, and technical troubleshooting across multiple tools.
