Our work depends on you joining our team to collate, analyze, and log information for CTSS support and customer deliverables.\nHOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nPerforms complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program \nInteract daily with the CTSS team by phone and email to accomplish the mission\nProcess information requests, access a range of data sources, and pose questions to resolve challenges\nFace the challenges of teaming with people across the world in eight countries\nReceive and log information for Deliverables to provide the customer a clear view of CTSS hiring status and personnel accountability. Maintain and review several compensation trackers and submit biweekly reports to support accurate and timely compensation to CTSS team members. Arm your team mates with knowledge through prompt and precise replies to requests for information.\nLeverage office automation & GDIT AI, implement constant process improvement, and apply critical thinking to ensure accurate and timely processing of information\nActively seek out ways to improve accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency for your role\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:\nRequired Experience: 5+ years of related experience\nRequired Technical Skills: MS Office products (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word), Workday, Sharepoint\nSecurity Clearance Level: SECRET or higher\nRequired Skills and Abilities: Critical thinking, time management, task prioritization, information evaluation\nLocation: Hybrid\nUS Citizenship Required\nCERTIFICATIONS: \nAssociate's degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.\nGENERAL EXPERIENCE: \nIntermediate level experience on enhancing product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
