We're looking for a self-starter who works both as part of the team and on individual assignments, in an environment of customer mission delivery, integrity, and clear communications.\nWe're looking to fill this role with someone who currently has deep experience with next-generation firewalls, SASE/SSE platforms, network visibility and micro segmentation technologies, and the certifications and skills to execute in large multi-tenant enterprise environments. You should be flexible, enjoy tackling complex transition challenges, and want to join a large team that is building, migrating, and sustaining enterprise managed security services. If this sounds like you and you love to learn and grow with a team while delivering program milestones, then we'd love to hear from you!\nHOW A NETWORK ENGINEER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:\nServe as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Skyhigh CASB platform, including configuration, policy management, API integrations, and ongoing operational support.\nManage, tune, and optimize DLP, anomaly detection, user activity monitoring, tenant restrictions, and cloud application control policies.\nMaintain and enhance integrations with identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, email security, and endpoint security tools.\nCreate, maintain, and update documentation, including diagrams, user guides, SOPs, and runbooks.\nSupport and develop automation for configuration, validation, and reporting tasks.\nProvide guidance and technical leadership on CASB migration efforts, including transitions from Skyhigh to Palo Alto SASE, SSE, or SaaS Security solutions.\nMonitor and improve existing and new deployments; participate in phased rollouts under the direction of Principal and Lead Engineers.\nWork across internal teams and external customer groups to implement solutions and support infrastructure build-outs.\nHandle escalations; assess, recommend, and deliver technical solutions to resolve issues.\nCoach and mentor less-experienced team members when needed.\nCoordinate acquisition of hardware, software, and subcontractor services as required.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:\nRequired Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience\nRequired Experience: 5+ years experience with CASB solutions\nRequired Technical Skills: SkyHigh CASB and Palo SaaS/SASE technologies\nSecurity Clearance Level: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance\nRequired Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience delivering presentations and technical briefings to diverse audiences at various levels of an organization; strong documentation discipline\nParticipate in on-call rotations at the needs of management and the customer\nPossess or able to obtain (within 6 months of hire) applicable Intermediate DoW 8140 or DoW 8570 Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, or equivalent)\nLocation: Remote\nUS Citizenship Required\nGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:\n401K with company match\nComprehensive health and wellness packages\nInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career\nProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications\nCutting-edge technology you can learn from (Palo Alto, Juniper, Illumio, Gigamon/ExtraHop, F5, AlgoSec, and more)\nRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays\nThe likely salary range for this position is $170,144 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
