As the Quality & Process Manager, you will lead enterprise quality management across Infrastructure Operations-ensuring all deliverables, operational outputs, and service line activities consistently meet VA performance standards.\nYou will oversee quality governance, develop and maintain quality control plans, direct compliance reviews, validate documentation accuracy, and ensure adherence to VA’s technical, schedule, cost, staffing, and management performance metrics. You will partner with service line leaders, program managers, and technical teams to measure performance, streamline workflows, reduce rework, and embed quality criteria across all projects and services.\nYou will manage enterprise-wide quality measurement systems, maintain dashboards and performance logs, track milestones, evaluate responsiveness and technical correctness, and coordinate cross-team process improvements. You will proactively identify risks, document resolutions, align processes across teams, and support stable, reliable program delivery.\nYou will engage directly with VA leadership and stakeholders to clarify expectations, provide visibility into performance trends, deliver reviews and briefings, and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement efforts. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire.
