Title: Senior Analyst/Paralegal\nPosition Description:\nAs a Senior Analyst/Paralegal with a federal agency's Policy and Legal Affairs team, the candidate will aid in managing complex litigation in addition to document production and docket management for federal civil litigation.\nPosition Duties:\nHandle complex civil litigation discovery, including document production \nPerform docket management for federal civil litigation \nSupport a team of 5 to 15 persons with various requests related to ligation response and other related tasks \nAnalyze large amounts of data and summarize salient points for leadership and other internal/external stakeholders \nMaintain a document repository by organizing and managing various documents both within and outside of agency databases \nConduct legal research and draft documents \nMaintain contact with stakeholders \nConduct administrative duties in support of federal staff \nPrepare presentations and summaries and brief senior leadership on issues that impact the UC program \nReview and edit procedures and program guidance to ensure compliance with policies and court rulings \nSupport inter-agency and intra-agency coordination of UC program functions \nSupport development and review of content for meeting agendas, reports, and responses to executive and Congressional inquiries \nPerform tasks related to document and knowledge management \nSupport special projects as needed \nEducation:\nBS/BA degree in public policy, social work, law, or a related field.\nQualifications:\nRequires 5 years of paralegal experience with a BA \nStrong analytical, research, and writing skills \nExperience supporting federal civil litigation in federal court \nFamiliarity with the Federal Rules for Civil Procedure (FRCP) \nAbility to multitask and support 5-15 team members at a given time \nExperience working with immigrant, refugee, and underserved populations is preferred \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nIntermediate to advanced level facility with MS Office and databases \nDemonstrated experience in managing complex litigation \nAdditional Requirements:\nThis position for this position is $81,349 - $97,750.
