This will progress from Requirement, to Epic, to Feature, to Story, to Release.\nWe are seeking an experienced SAFe Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and optimization in a scaled Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAFe methodologies, a proven ability to define product vision, manage the product lifecycle, and drive large-scale initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), leadership, and technical teams to ensure business value delivery and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and program goals.\n\nLead feature prioritization and backlog refinement for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.\n\nAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and Agile teams to translate high-level requirements into actionable features and stories.\n\nOwn and manage the Program and ART-level backlogs, ensuring prioritization based on business value, compliance requirements, and customer needs.\n\nFacilitate and actively contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning, providing clear direction on product goals and priorities.\n\nContinuously engage with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to validate product solutions and drive continuous improvement.\n\nMonitor product performance using data-driven metrics, adjusting strategy to optimize value delivery.\n\nPromote SAFe principles and best practices across teams, driving Agile maturity within the organization.\n\nIdentify risks and dependencies early, proactively addressing blockers to ensure seamless product execution.\n\nLead cross-functional collaboration, facilitating communication across engineering, compliance, security, and business units.\n\nDemonstrate expertise in VersionOne, ensuring efficient backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile execution tracking.\n\nMinimum/General Experience/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degreein Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experiencein product management within a scaled Agileor SAFe organization.\n\nProven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex enterprise-levelsolutions using SAFe.\n\nStrong understanding of Lean-Agile principles, SAFe frameworks, and Agile best practices.\n\nExperience leading ARTs and working within a SAFe Large Solutions environment.\n\nHands-on experience with VersionOne.\n\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to translate business objectives into clearly defined Epics, Features, and Stories.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nSAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (SAFe POPM) certification or equivalent.\n\nCertified SAFe Agilist (SA) or higher-level SAFe certification.\n\nExperience working in government, federal, or large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nPrior experience with modernizing legacy systems in a SAFe ecosystem.\n\nDeep knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Agile budgeting.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based architectures and DevSecOpspractices.\n\nLocation:\nRemote\nSecurity Clearance Level:\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting\nThis position has a U.S. residency requirement.
