As a Release Analyst supporting IT Service Management (ITSM), you will coordinate and govern release cycles for updates to the HIGLAS Product Suite, contributing to change and release operations in an AI-driven environment that prioritizes continuous improvement and efficient, safe delivery while shaping the future of change enablement.\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE IMPACT\nSupport the efficiency and effectiveness of the Release Management process.\nGovern the Release Phases and Release Tasks for in-flight Releases.\nMaintain quality checks on releases and ensure those that directly or indirectly result in support Incidents are recorded.\nEnsure teams follow the Release Management process guidelines for all releases and escalate any repeated non-conformity.\nMaintain the Global Release Calendar.\nAttend Notional Timeline Planning meetings to confirm release risks and dependencies.\nPresent release status at Operational Readiness Review and Change Advisory Board meetings.\nCoordinate Release outage and maintenance notifications.\nComplete the post-release implementation review of all releases.\nFacilitate meetings with the Product Owners, Scrum Master’s and internal teams to gather / provide updates.\nCreate and maintain Deliverables, Standard Operation Procedures, Reports, Dashboards, KPI’s for Release Management area.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nBS/BA or the equivalent and 3+ years’ experience with Release Management governance\n8+ years’ experience working with processes in a similar large-scale application environment\n3+ Years’ experience with MS Office suite of products.\n2 + Years’ experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar Change/Release Management Tool\n2 + Years’ experience in working in collaboration with different teams \nStrong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination efforts.\nKnowledgeable in the ITIL Framework, with a clear understanding of key process areas (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and their interrelations.\nITIL foundation certification\nDemonstrate excellent process knowledge and strength in defining and maintaining process\nProficient in leading status meetings with the client on a regular basis\nKnowledge of Agile methodology and framework\nAwareness of cybersecurity best practices in release cycles to safeguard sensitive systems and data\nExperience integrating AI and machine learning solutions within IT governance workflows\nLocation: Remote\nClearance: Public Trust - Candidate must meet the residency requirement of having lived in the US for at least three (3) of the past five (5) years and pass a CMS background check in order to obtain a Public Trust.\nGDIT IS YOUR PLACE\nFlexible work week\n401K with company match\nCustomizable health benefits packages\nCollaborative teams of highly motivated critical thinkers and innovators\nInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career\nRewards program for high-performing employees\nThe likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
