Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Contract Management.\nMEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT\nParticipates in the development, negotiation, and administration of assigned NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts, commercial agreements, and other related agreements in accordance with client requirements, local laws and GDIT policies and procedures\nParticipates in the capture process by communicating and understanding the GDIT solution and sharing that with the subcontractor teammates and providers in order to obtain data calls (i.e., pricing, past performance, and due diligence), assessing the responses received, and coordinating communications\nEnsures timely processing of subcontract administrative actions, including initial award documentation, funding modifications, ceiling increases, and other miscellaneous adjustments to the subcontract agreement\nPerforms Cost & Price Analysis of Subcontractor Proposed Pricing to ensure it is fair and reasonable for proposal submissions and subcontract awards\nCreates and maintains compliant audit files in accordance with customer requirements, local laws, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and GDIT policies and procedures\nAbility to work closely with a remote team\nTeam player who is willing to jump in and help others Subcontracts Administrators meet critical deadlines and is willing to at times work additional hours to meet mission needs\nAbility to quickly move from one action to another with a strong memory and attention to detail\nGenerates reports or responses to data calls on subcontract activity as required\nServes as a liaison and facilitator between the program team and the subcontractor regarding contracting issues\nInitiates and maintains a network of communication with GDIT internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers\nParticipates in special projects as required\nMentors Junior Team Members\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of related experience in contracts, subcontracts administration, supply chain or large procurement activities required.\nExperience: 5+ years of related experience in contracts, subcontracts administration, supply chain or large procurement activities\nTechnical skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite\nRole requirements:Effective administrative and organizational skills both written and oral\nAbility to juggle multiple RFPs and subcontracts status and actions\nEffective communication skills\nAbility to operate and negotiate independently and escalating when necessary\nAbility to read local counsel opinions and apply to GDIT and the program needs and constraints\nProblem solving skills and ability to juggle a volume of different activities on any given day\nCustomer service skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness and highly productive in high stress situations\n\n Location:This is a hybrid position working at our GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
