In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud-based and on-prem services while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. You will use your mature collaboration skills and strong communication abilities to lead integration efforts, contribute to continuous improvement, and support operational excellence across the program.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor, manage, and improve system reliability across cloud and on-prem environments.\nBuild, maintain, and optimize dashboards, workflows, and reporting using ServiceNow to support team operations.\nDevelop and maintain technical diagrams, architecture visuals, and project artifacts using Visio and PowerPoint.\nLead and facilitate integration discussions, operational coordination, and hot wash sessions following major events or deployments.\nCollaborate with engineering, operations, and program leadership to identify, triage, and resolve system issues and performance gaps.\nDocument processes, decisions, and project materials within Confluence and maintain task tracking and prioritization within Jira.\nSupport cloud adoption, system modernization, and infrastructure optimization initiatives as part of a continuous improvement culture.\nMultitask effectively and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.\nCommunicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, leadership, and team members-both verbally and in writing.\nRequired Qualifications\nClearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nEducation: Bachelors in a related field\nLocation: Chantilly VA\nExperience: 10+ years\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate technical concepts for diverse audiences.\nMature collaboration skills and experience working across multidisciplinary teams.\nSolid understanding of cloud environments; AWS technical learning certifications\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow dashboards, reporting, and ITSM workflows.\nProficiency with Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint for developing diagrams and project documentation.\nExperience facilitating operational discussions, including integrations, hot washes, or post-event reviews.\nPractical experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation, workflow management, and team coordination.\nAbility to multitask and manage several concurrent workstreams effectively.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise-level systems within a production environment.\nFamiliarity with SRE principles such as SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and automation.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic environment.\nDemonstrated ability to apply structured problem-solving and maintain a solutions-focused mindset.\nThe likely salary range for this position is $186,542 - $252,379. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
