As a Software Tester supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service. GDIT is seeking highly cleared candidates with active TS SCI w/ Poly to provide software development, engineering, database design and Software Testing in support of enterprise -wide systems and products for the Intelligence Community (IC). Work with the latest commercial products such as AWS and ServiceNow in an Agile environment on various applications designed and maintained for a broad range of IC customers.\nRequired experience with:\nDemonstrated hands-on experience writing automated, and manual, test-cases and testing web and client/server applications using Java, Groovy, Typescript/Javascript, HTML, CSS\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA - understanding concepts involved and the architecture\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular - understanding the concepts involved and the architecture\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with database design and querying (SQL, Oracle)\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with software version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with testing APIs and services using REST\nExtensive experience working in an Agile environment\nDemonstrated experience understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how testing fits in (e.g. unit, integration, system, acceptance testing)\nDemonstrated experience with ability to create simple test cases/scenarios based on requirements, including positive/negative cases, preconditions, steps, and expected results.
