You'll be part of modernizing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to enable better data access, patient experience, and quality of care for 567 tribes, 37 states and over 600 medical facilities.\nOur work depends on a Sr. Business Analyst joining our team to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Business Analyst supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO for contract management execution support.\nThis position is fully remote.\nLead/Manage/Support:Support KM and SharePoint operations across the program, ensuring consistent structure, organization, and accessibility.\nMonitor, triage, and track KM tickets, coordinating resolution and maintaining visibility into progress.\nProvide front-end SharePoint administration, including creating lists/libraries, designing modern pages, and managing permissions and groups (no back-end support required).\nSupport development of program asset documentation, including procedures, processes, templates, and structured KM artifacts.\nManage and coordinate the Lessons Learned process, tracking submissions, facilitating updates, and maintaining documentation.\nSupport GovSlack user administration, including account creation/removal and troubleshooting access issues.\n\nCollaborate with:Partner with KM and functional teams to ensure timely ticket resolution and effective content governance.\nCoordinate with content owners and SMEs during SharePoint content reviews to validate governance recommendations.\nEngage members across the program to collect, document, and refine Lessons Learned inputs.\nWork closely with content owners when identifying duplicate or abandoned SharePoint content and recommending cleanup actions.\n\nDrive:Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and program performance.\nPromote structured KM practices, ensuring consistent usage of templates, process documentation, and program assets.\nContribute to SharePoint governance maturity, helping the program maintain compliance, reduce content sprawl, and improve user experience.\nDrive engagement in the Lessons Learned process by encouraging participation, coordinating input across teams, and promoting consistent use of Lessons Learned outputs to strengthen program operations.\n\nUtilize:Utilize SharePoint Online, including document libraries, metadata tagging, lists, modern pages, and permission structures.\nLeverage KM tools and workflows, such as program asset repositories, Lessons Learned trackers, and structured documentation systems.\nUse communication and presentation tools to prepare and deliver clear briefings and updates to program audiences, including leadership.\nApply analytical skills, workflow assessment techniques, and structured documentation practices to strengthen program operations.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)\nOracle Cerner certification may substitute for 3 years of required experience \nExperience with SharePoint (document libraries, metadata tagging, lists, permissions) \nProven ability to document processes\nExperience supporting technical, clinical, or PMO teams \nExperience with supporting change management, reporting, and workflow tracking, determining issue resolution pathways/escalation, and tracking milestone progress during development and implementation phases \nExperience coordinating communication across functional teams \nAbility to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed\nMust be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance\nPreferred:\nExperience with GovSlack, Slack, or other team collaboration platforms \nExcellent written communication skills\nExperience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems\nFamiliarity with knowledge management concepts and structured documentation practices \nExperience supporting federal contract program manager\nTask management experience and/or skills\nProactive process improvement mindset, especially in knowledge management workflows\nExcellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance\nAbility to prepare and deliver strong presentation and briefing skills to communicate effectively in front of diverse program audiences, including leadership and customers\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines, following detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions\nAbility to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our program\nThe likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
