Here, you’ll support solving some of our clients’ biggest challenges and help us grow the business.\nAs a Subcontracts Manager, you will lead the air and space forces sector as the subcontracts lead. You will play a crucial role to our team providing support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.\nHOW A SUBCONTRACTS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:\nBe a subject matter expert in subcontract proposal requirements, process, and responsibilities\nLead in management of assigned NDAs, TAs subcontracts, purchase orders, and other related agreements\nActively participates in the capture process which includes pricing and scheduling strategy, lead for color team reviews, reviewing and interpreting government solicitations requirements, and coordinating communications and status to senior leadership\nEnsure compliance in all aspects of proposal and sector programs, including monitoring the compliance trends of the Sector and providing senior leadership with results of audit cycle reviews; may include developing and delivering procurement training\nCompliance monitoring of all subcontract activities, including developing and applying methodology for identifying and reporting any fraud or misrepresentation\nHelp ensure that Subcontracts operates ethically and in strict compliance with government procurement regulations and laws\nMaintains current knowledge of relevant Subcontract procedures and practices\nReviews requests for proposals and prepares proposals\nInterface with senior leadership and staff along with operational managers, and provide subcontract advice and guidance to promote the advancement of the subcontract discipline\nConducts Fair and Reasonable determinations and completes Cost and/or Price Analyses, and reviews the analyses of others to ensure compliance with policy/procedure\nParticipates in the review and coordination of approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of all subcontract documents\nPrepares status reports and briefs senior leadership on issues or problems\nAssists senior leadership in preparing and implementing procedural changes\nLeads resolution of subcontract-related problems\nForecasts and manages subcontracts pipeline proposal opportunities\nCoordinates with and briefs sector managers and senior leadership on proposal opportunities in all phases of the proposal lifecycle\nParticipates in special projects as required and/or other duties as assigned\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of subcontracts administration experience required.\nExperience: 5+ years of subcontracts administration experience\nTechnical skills: Microsoft Office Suite\nRole requirements: Previous leadership experience\nMust be detail oriented, possess effective communication and writing skills, and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to operate and negotiate independently\nProblem solving skills\nAdvanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, and DFARS\n\n Location: This is a hybrid position working in our GDIT facility in either Falls Church, VA or Tampa, FL. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
