You will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise-wide workstation and server management through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), helping ensure that systems remain secure, compliant, and mission-ready.\nAssist with building MECM application packages and deploying them to servers and workstations.\n\nSupport installation, configuration, and patching of applications and Windows OS using System Center Configuration Manager.\n\nHelp create and maintain standardized workstation images and support imaging for new system builds.\n\nMaintain automated application deployment packages and perform basic troubleshooting of software distribution issues.\n\nDevelop or modify installation scripts with guidance from senior team members.\n\nSupport OS deployments and updates across supported workstations.\n\nAssist with COTS/GOTS software configuration within the enterprise environment.\n\nProvide user support and escalate issues appropriately across Tier 1 and Tier 2.\n\nHelp maintain server STIG compliance and coordinate with Information Assurance teams on findings.\n\nPerform routine Active Directory tasks including user and group updates and OU management in support of MECM functions.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:\nBring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
