You will lead program teams for successful execution, organic growth, and strong service delivery within the portfolio. \nMEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT\nAs a Technical Service Delivery Director, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the missions of our Department of Commerce, Labor and Interior programs. \nStrong technical skills in cloud, IT modernization, application development, and emerging technologies\nSupports multiple teams and provides technical program delivery guidance for the successful execution of contractual requirements\nSupervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluations\nDirects program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, solve problems, and execute in alignment with the Contract, PWS, PMP, QASP, etc.\nAssures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits\nWorks directly with the portfolio Vice President to ensure programs are delivering on client objectives and maintaining high CPARs\nCoordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables\nDevelops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents\nPrepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested\nFacilitates Innovation sessions for programs, customers and senior leaders\nEnsures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards\nActs as a mentor and coach in order to build and maintain high performing teams\nDemonstrated ability to lead high-value, high-complexity programs with P&L responsibility (aligned to Program Execution Senior Director expectations)\nProven experience establishing KPIs, dashboards, governance routines, and delivery performance mechanisms (from Program Execution frameworks)\nExperience leading modernization in multi-domain environments (cloud, data, cybersecurity, automation, DevSecOps)\nAbility to influence senior executives, shape growth strategy, and identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolios\nExperience ensuring compliance with federal standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, or enterprise governance processes\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\nBring your cyber expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
