We are seeking a 5G Network Integration Lead to join our team in support of the Army TEN-M program.\nThis is a remote position and requires 25% to 50% travel; you must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport\nAs the Network Integration Lead, you:\nOversee the activation of newly deployed fiber routes and their integration into the existing optical transport network.\nConfigure and integrates 5G Core network functions, transport systems, and IP network infrastructure.\nManage DWDM and ROADM configuration, optical power alignment, transponder turn up, and end to end lightpath provisioning.\nCoordinate closely with construction, OSP, QA/QC, and NOC teams to ensure the fiber plant is validated, optical equipment is correctly tuned, and all services are brought online with proper documentation and minimal service impact.\nValidate interfaces between network components and Government systems, performs system acceptance testing, executes troubleshooting activities, captures logs and packet traces, and supports optimization and closeout activities.\nDevelop integration procedures, validates interoperability between vendor platforms, and ensures compliance with customer security and operational requirements.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBS/BA Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree\n15+ years of network configuration management experience with emphasis on 5G technologies and understanding of the duties as described above\n5+ years of technical leadership experience\nSecret Clearance\n WHAT CAN GDIT OFFER YOU?\nExcellent customizable health benefits (Medical, Dental and Vision)\n401K with company match\nEducational Assistance and eLearning\nFlexible work week\nInternal mobility team dedicated to employee advancement\nRewards and Recognition programs\nInnovative and collaborative environment encouraging of highly motivated critical thinking\nThe likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
