TPA Core Services Business Analyst

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a TPA Core Services Business Analyst at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of one of the most critical federal healthcare missions and support high-quality administrative services for the World Trade Center Health Program.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a TPA Core Services Business Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly support the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring business requirements, workflows, and system interactions across Third Party Administrator (TPA) core services are clear, aligned, and ready for accurate and compliant healthcare delivery.

• Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and refinement activities that directly support eligibility, claims, provider management, member services, and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, operational staff, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders to ensure requirements and workflows align with system capabilities and mission needs.
• Drive accurate outcomes by validating workflow logic, supporting testing efforts, ensuring requirements traceability, and resolving issues that impact TPA operations.
• Utilize requirements management tools, workflow modeling skills, healthcare administrative expertise, and integration analysis techniques to support seamless operational execution.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Technical training, certification(s), or degree
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience (healthcare operations, payer systems, or federal program support preferred)
• Technical skills: Experience with requirements management, workflow/process mapping, EDI or API integrations, eligibility and claims systems, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Security clearance level: MB(T2)
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams; familiarity with HIPAA and secure handling of PHI/PII; experience validating system behavior; 0-10% travel as needed

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
