and analyze complex Test and Evaluation data.\n\nImplement application state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, React Context, or a comparable approach.\n\nEnsure interfaces are responsive and usable across approved browsers and workstation configurations.\n\nIncorporate user feedback while minimizing unnecessary disruption to established TEDB workflows.\n\nBackend and API Development\nDesign, develop, document, test, and maintain backend application services and REST APIs.\n\nMigrate macro-based business logic into the application and API layers.\n\nImplement field validation, automated updates, conditional logic, workflow rules, and error handling.\n\nReplace Access saved queries with secure API endpoints, optimized SQL queries, database views, or stored procedures.\n\nIntegrate the application with the existing TEDB SQL database backend.\n\nSupport controlled database-schema evolution where required to meet approved application objectives.\n\nMaintain separation between presentation, business-logic, API, and database layers.\n\nDevelop secure and maintainable services supporting data creation, retrieval, update, reporting, and authorized administrative functions.\n\nEnsure system performance meets or exceeds the capabilities of the current Access implementation.\n\nAuthentication and Cybersecurity\nSupport integration of the application with the government-approved authentication and authorization solution.\n\nImplement or integrate role-based access controls for authorized internal and external users.\n\nSupport Federal authentication requirements involving identification, identity verification, multifactor authentication, phishing resistance, FIPS-validated technologies, and secure session management.\n\nApply secure software development practices throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.\n\nSupport cybersecurity documentation, vulnerability remediation, code scanning, dependency management, and authorization activities.\n\nWork with cybersecurity and infrastructure personnel to address security controls without disrupting required operational workflows.\n\nProtect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of TEDB data.\n\nReporting and Data Presentation\nPreserve current TEDB reporting capabilities while supporting future reporting expansion.\n\nReimplement current Access reports within the web application, SQL environment, or an approved enterprise reporting capability.\n\nSupport reports associated with requirements, test procedures, test cases, test observations, Test Observation Reports, risks, results, and requirements traceability.\n\nDevelop exports and formatted data products required by Test and Evaluation personnel and program stakeholders.\n\nSupport integration with SQL Server Reporting Services or another approved reporting platform when selected.\n\nValidate report output against the existing TEDB application.\n\nTesting and Validation\nDevelop unit, component, integration, regression, API, and database tests.\n\nConduct side-by-side comparison of the Access and web-based TEDB
